In addition to their unique physical attributes, the energy-efficient homes are structured as condominiums with shared common-area maintenance and an unusually flexible contract that allows homeowners to either take full advantage of common-area services or do some of their own maintenance like gardening and landscaping.

Our work, combined with the efforts of a new real estate brokerage, resulted in remarkably fast sales in a severely depressed market. In the first three months that the new marketing program was in place, eleven homes sold and four more were reserved.
