Ordering and Payment
Payments for orders submitted through this website will be securely processed by PayPal. When you check out, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure website where you may edit your order or enter your PayPal account information and pay using a credit or debit card or e-check. Your payment and shipping information will be instantly relayed to Bella Perlina, and we will email a confirmation of your order when we receive it. For more information about how PayPal works, please see www.paypal.com.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please place items in your shopping cart and then, instead of paying online, print the shopping cart screen showing your items and the order subtotal. Mail it to us (see address below) along with your shipping address and a check or money order for your order subtotal plus applicable shipping charges (see below). Please also include a phone number or email address in case we have questions about your order. If you provide an email address, we will send a receipt of your order. We will ship your items as soon as your payment clears and send an email to let you know your order is on its way.
Because Bella Perlina jewelry is handmade in limited quantities, some items may not always be immediately available, and we will do our best to fill your order within a reasonable time.
In addition to designs shown on this website, we are always happy to talk about a custom design. Please call or email to let us know if you would like to see something in particular.
Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items generally ship within 24 hours by USPS for delivery within 10 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will email right away to let you know, and generally we should be able to fill your order within two weeks. If this timeframe is not satisfactory to you, we will gladly refund your payment.
Shipping times are estimates; actual shipping times may vary depending on availability of items, USPS constraints, and other factors outside of Bella Perlina's control.
Shipping and Handling Fees
A shipping and handling fee of $5 will be added to your order during checkout.
For rush shipping (by Priority mail within two business days), add $6.00 ($2.00 for expedited handling and $4.00 for added shipping costs). Rush shipping applies to your entire order. To rush only some items, you must place two separate orders.
Order Cancellation and Changes
If you would like to cancel or change your order, and it has not yet shipped, simply email us with your order number and a description of the changes you would like us to make. We will credit or bill you for any difference in price before we ship the changed order, or, if it is cancelled, we will refund your payment in full.
If your order has already shipped, you must wait until you receive it. Do not open the package. Instead, write "Refused, Return to Sender" clearly on the package near the shipping label, and place it back in the mail. The package will be returned to us and, when we receive it, we will refund your payment in full.
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of your order's shipping date for a refund or exchange. Terms for returning and exchanging items are as follows:
Every item is handmade and may differ slightly in appearance from its picture on this website. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as you expected in any other way, please first email us to let us know of the problem. You may then ship the item, in its original packaging, back to us by the same method it was sent to you.
Exchanges: If you would like a replacement, we will send it to you when we receive the returned original, and we will refund the shipping costs you incurred to return the original. If you prefer a different item as the replacement, please note the item number with your return, and we will credit or charge you for any difference in price from the original. You will not be charged shipping for the new item.
Refunds: If you would like a refund, we will refund the amount that you paid for the item (plus shipping), as well as any shipping costs you incurred to return it, when we receive the returned item.
If items are not defective or flawed, are in saleable condition, and your return is not due to any negligence on our part, but you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us first. Then ship the item, in its original packaging, back to us by any method you choose. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs you incur to return the original item. If an item has been used and is not in saleable condition, you may not return it for refund or exchange unless it is defective in some way (see above).
Exchanges: If you would like a replacement for an item, please ship the item back to us. When we receive it, we will send you a new item of your choosing. We will credit or charge you for any difference in price from the original. You will be charged shipping for the new item.
Refunds: If you would like a refund, please ship the item back to us. When we receive it, we will refund the amount that you paid for item, less shipping and any PayPal fees we incurred in processing your transaction.
